The location is convenient, just off a main freeway into the city, a big plus. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by poor maintenance, as half the lights in my room didn't work and there was a leak on the bathroom floor. Expect a mixed experience at best.

the location was good, really close to chinatown and easily accessible. the place was feet from north china restaurant, where you can have dinner. the room we had included climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave. we booked it for us$ 38.

I loved how close this hotel was to beautiful Terry Hershey Park, and I had delicious meals at local spots like Ginger Thai Cuisine that were just a short stroll away. It's a great place for city explorers like me, although the room cleanliness could use some attention.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend pause in Houston with very good value for money. The receptionist was very nice and helpful . Make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies just in case.

The heating in the room didn't work properly was nice. I had a decent experience with a cute atmosphere and inviting staff, but the heating issue was quite inconvenient.

Several flies buzzed around the room upon arrival, and the strong smell of cigarettes was difficult to ignore. I experienced issues with the key card that stopped working multiple times . While I understand this is a budget hotel, cleanliness should still be a priority.
